½ cup olive oil (or canola oil)
2 ½ Tbls. tarragon vinegar
2 Tbls. snipped fresh dill (or ½ tsp. dried)
1 ½ Tbls. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white or black pepper
Place all ingredients in a jar with tight-fitting lid; cover and shake. Let stand at least 30 minutes. Shake again before serving.
